Portumna- Connaught Harbour

Refurbishment Works

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and owners that Connaught Harbour, Portumna will be closed to both road and river traffic from Monday, September 29th until Wednesday 31st December 2014 to facilitate upgrading of the harbour infrastructure.

Waterways Ireland thanks its customers for their co-operation and regrets any inconvenience that this may cause.

Cleenish Bridge, Bellanaleck

Major Refurbishment Works
5th March – 14th June 2014

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all masters and owners of vessels and boats on the Erne Navigation that major refurbishment is being carried out to Cleenish Bridge, Bellanaleck.
Suspended scaffolding will reduce the Air Draft to approximately 2 metres.

Diversion routes following the North channel of Cleenish Island, via Tamlaght Bay, should be used.
