Tarmonbarry Lifting Bridge and Rooskey Lifting Bridge

Closure for maintenance

Waterways Ireland wishes to notify masters of vessels and users that Rooskey Bridge will reopen tomorrow Saturday 10th February. Tarmonbarry Bridge will remain closed until Friday 16th February to facilitate maintenance works. Diversion route available via the Camlin River.
Waterways Ireland regrets any inconvenience that this may cause and thanks its customers for their co-operation in relation to this matter.

Schließung wegen Wartungsarbeiten
Waterways Ireland möchte die Kapitäne von Schiffen und andere Nutzer darüber informieren, dass die Rooskey Bridge am morgigen Samstag, den 10. Februar, wieder geöffnet wird. Die Tarmonbarry-Brücke bleibt bis Freitag, den 16. Februar, wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Eine Umleitungsstrecke über den Camlin River ist verfügbar.
Waterways Ireland bedauert alle Unannehmlichkeiten, die dadurch entstehen können, und dankt seinen Gästen für ihre Kooperation in dieser Angelegenheit.

Closure – Thursday 8th and Friday 9th February 2024.

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all masters of vessels and users that both Tarmonbarry and Rooskey Lifting Bridges will be closed on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th February to facilitate structural inspections.

Waterways Ireland regrets any inconvenience that this may cause and thanks its customers for their co-operation in relation to this matter.
