MARINE NOTICE, No 45 of 2017

SHANNON NAVIGATION

IWAI LOUGH DERG BOAT RALLY

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and users of the Shannon Navigation that the IWAI Lough Derg Boat Rally will take place from Sat 8 Jul until Sat 15 Jul on Lough Derg. During that period the Rally will itinerary will be as follows:

Saturday 8t and Sunday 9th	Mountshannon
Monday 10thand Tuesday 11th	Scarriff.
Wednesday 12thand Thursday 13th	Terryglas
Friday14th July and Saturday15th	Dromineer.

Vessels not participating in the rally may wish to seek alternative moorings on these dates.

Waterways Ireland thanks its customers for their co-operation in this matter.

57th Shannon Boat Rally 28 Jul to 6 Aug

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and users of the Shannon Navigation that the 57th Shannon Boat Rally will take place:

from Fri 28th Jul until Sun 6th. Aug 2017, on the north Shannon.

During that period the rally will visit:

Sat 29th.	Dromod
Sun 30th..	Dromod
Mon 31st.	Kilglass
Tues 1st.	Kilglass
Wed 2nd.	Grange
Thurs 3rd .	Grange
Fri 4th.	Jamestown
Sat 5th.	Carrick-on-Shannon
Sun 6th.	Carrick-on-Shannon
