Closure of Lock 18 Until Further Notice
Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all users of the Grand Canal that Lock 18 is currently out of service and closed until further notice due to damage to the lock mechanism.

Repairs will be prioritised, and an update will be issued as soon as more information becomes available.

Schließung der Schleuse 18 bis auf Weiteres
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Nutzer des Grand Canal darauf hinweisen, dass die Schleuse 18 aufgrund einer Beschädigung des Schleusenmechanismus derzeit außer Betrieb und bis auf Weiteres geschlossen ist.
Die Reparaturarbeiten werden vorrangig durchgeführt, und sobald weitere Informationen vorliegen, wird eine Aktualisierung veröffentlicht.
Waterways Ireland dankt allen Nutzern der Wasserstraße für ihre Zusammenarbeit und ihr Verständnis.
