Diving Operations

 Prohibition on movement of vessels, 30 September 2021

Waterways Ireland wishes to inform Masters of Vessels that no movement of vessels will be permitted in the inner basin of Grand Canal Dock between the hours of 8am and 5pm on Thursday 30th September 2021 in order to facilitate the carrying out of a dive survey in the vicinity of the Malthouse at Grand Canal Basin.
Waterways Ireland thanks its customers for their co-operation in this matter.

Verbot der Ortsveränderung von Schiffen 30. September 2021
Waterways Ireland möchte die Kapitäne von Schiffen darüber informieren, dass am Donnerstag, den 30. September 2021, zwischen 8.00 und 17.00 Uhr keine Schiffsbewegungen im inneren Becken des Grand Canal Docks erlaubt sind, um die Durchführung einer Tauchuntersuchung in der Nähe der Malzmühle im Grand Canal Basin zu ermöglichen.
Waterways Ireland dankt seinen Kunden für ihre Kooperation in dieser Angelegenheit.

Dublin Hong Kong Dragon Boat Regatta

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all users of the Grand Canal Dock, Dublin that a Dragon Boat regatta will take place in the Dock from 10.00hrs until 1600hrs on Sat 14th and Sun 15th of September 2019.
Masters of other craft are requested to proceed at slow speed and with minimum wash and note any directions issued by the Dock Superintendent.

Dublin Hong Kong Drachenboot Regatta
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Benutzer des Grand Canal Docks, Dublin, darauf hinweisen, dass von 10.00 Uhr bis 1600 Uhr am 14. und 15. September 2019 eine Drachenboot-Regatta im Dock stattfinden wird.
Die Kapitäne anderer Schiffe werden gebeten, mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit und minimalem Waschgang vorzugehen und alle Anweisungen des Dock Superintendenten zu beachten.
Waterways Ireland dankt seinen Gästen für die Zusammenarbeit in dieser Angelegenheit.

Rowing Regatta Thursday 9th – Sunday 12th May 2019

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all users of the Grand Canal Dock, Dublin that a rowing regatta will take place in the Dock from 0900hrs until 1500hrs on Thursday 9th May to Sunday 12th May 2019.
Masters of other craft are requested to proceed at slow speed and with minimum wash and note any directions issued by the Dock Superintendent and stewards.

Waterways Ireland möchte alle Benutzer des Grand Canal Docks, Dublin, darauf hinweisen, dass am Donnerstag, den 9. Mai bis Sonntag, den 12. Mai 2019, von 09.00 Uhr bis 1500 Uhr eine Ruderregatta im Dock stattfinden wird.
Die Kapitäne anderer Schiffe werden gebeten, mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit und minimalem Waschgang weiterzufahren und alle Anweisungen des Dock Superintendenten und der Stewards zu beachten.

Rowing Regatta Fri 12 May 2017

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all users of the Grand Canal Dock, Dublin that a rowing regatta will take place in the Dock from 0900hrs until 1500hrs on Fri 121 May. The regatta course is as per the attached drawing.
Masters of other craft are requested to proceed at slow speed and with minimum wash and note any directions issued by the Dock Superintendent.
