Lock 8 Castlefore Leitrim
Maintenance Works
Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all masters and users of the Shannon-Erne Waterway that maintenance works to the weir at Lock 8, Castlefore, County. Leitrim are scheduled to take place from 29 August 2013, to 27 September 2013.
As part of these works an ‘Aqua Barrier’ style Dam will be placed in the navigation and users are asked to give this a wide berth.
