Caution at Public Harbours and Jetties
Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters, owners and the general public that recent rains have caused flooding at many harbours and jetties making them unsafe for pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the immediate surrounds of the harbour infrastructure.
In particular, harbour and jetty edges and access points cannot be seen due to flood water, making it dangerous to attempt to approach these facilities until the flooding has receded.
