ROYAL CANAL

Maynooth Harbour

Towpath Closure

To facilitate essential ESB works on the cycle/pedestrian towpath of the Royal Canal between Bond Bridge and the train station footbridge, Maynooth Harbour, the towpath will be closed between 8am to 6pm on Wednesday 11th July.
Waterways Ireland thanks its customers for their co-operation in this matter.

Treidelpfad Schliessung
Um wesentliche Arbeiten der ESB auf dem Rad-/Fußgänger-TREIDELPFAD des Royal Canal zwischen der Bond Bridge und der Fußgängerbrücke des Bahnhofs Maynooth Harbour zu erleichtern, wird der TREIDELPFAD am Mittwoch, dem 11. Juli, zwischen 8.00 und 18.00 Uhr geschlossen.
Waterways Ireland dankt seinen Nutzern für die Zusammenarbeit in dieser Angelegenheit.

Canoe Polo Events

Waterways Ireland wishes to Advise all Masters and Users of the Royal Canal that Kilcock Canoe Polo Club intend to hold Canoe Polo Competitions on 14th July, 18th August and 29/30 September 2018 between 08:00 hrs and 18:00 Hrs.
Boat Movements in the Kilcock Harbour Area will be restricted for the Duration of the Events.
Masters of Vessels should navigate with Caution until clear of the Area.

Waterways Ireland möchte allen Kapitänen und Benutzern des Royal Canal mitteilen, dass der Kilcock Canoe Polo Club beabsichtigt, am 14. Juli, 18. August und 29. September 2018 zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr Kanupolo-Wettbewerbe abzuhalten.
Die Bootsbewegungen im Kilcock Harbour Bereich werden für die Dauer der Veranstaltungen eingeschränkt.
Kapitäne von Schiffen sollten mit Vorsicht navigieren, bis sie das Gebiet verlassen.

Clarendon Lock – Upgrade Works to Bank of Navigation

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and owners that upgrade works will be carried out along the bank of the navigation on the Lough Key side of Clarendon Lock during the month of July.
All vessel are asked to approach with caution.

Clarendon Lock – Umbau der Uferbefestigung in der Navigation
Waterways Ireland möchte den Kapitänen und Eigentümern mitteilen, dass die Umbauarbeiten am Ufer der Schifffahrt auf der Lough Key-Seite der Clarendon-Schleuse im Laufe des Monats Juli durchgeführt werden.
Alle Schiffe werden gebeten, sich mit Vorsicht zu nähern.
