Closure of Cutts Lock
| Waterways Ireland wishes to advise users of the Lower Bann Navigation that Cutts Lock, Coleraine, will be closed for approximately six weeks to facilitate essential maintenance works on the lock gate. The closure is necessary to allow for the safe and effective completion of these works. During this period, no vessel traffic will be permitted through the lock. Waterways Ireland regrets any inconvenience caused and appreciates the cooperation of all waterway users during this period of essential maintenance. Peter Harty, Inspector of Navigation |

Marine Notice No. 21 von 2026, Lower Bann – Sperrung des Cutts-Lock

Waterways Ireland möchte die Nutzer der Lower Bann Navigation darauf hinweisen, dass die Cutts-Lock in Coleraine für etwa sechs Wochen gesperrt wird, um notwendige Wartungsarbeiten an der Schleusentür durchzuführen.
Die Schließung ist notwendig, um eine sichere und effektive Durchführung dieser Arbeiten zu ermöglichen. Während dieses Zeitraums ist kein Schiffsverkehr durch das Lock gestattet.
Waterways Ireland bedauert die dadurch entstehenden Unannehmlichkeiten und bedankt sich für die Zusammenarbeit aller Wasserstraßennutzer während dieser notwendigen Wartungsarbeiten.
