Clarendon Lock – River Boyle – Reopened

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters of vessels on Lock Key, River Boyle and the Shannon navigation that Clarendon Lock has been reopened.
Further works will be required to fully repair the lock – updates to be provided as necessary.
We thank all waterway users for their patience and cooperation,

Waterways Ireland möchte die Kapitäne von Schiffen auf Lock Key, River Boyle und der Shannon Navigation darüber informieren, das Clarendon Lock wieder geöffnet worden ist.
Es sind weitere Arbeiten erforderlich, um das Lock vollständig zu reparieren – wir werden Sie bei Bedarf auf dem Laufenden halten.

Lock 1 (Corraquill Lock)
Reopened

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters of vessels and waterway users that Lock 1 (Corraquill Lock) on the Shannon–Erne Waterway has reopened to navigation.
Water levels have now reduced to safe operating conditions following recent high rainfall. The lock is fully operational, and normal passage may resume.
Waterways Ireland thanks users for their patience and cooperation during the temporary closure.

Schleuse 1 (Corraquill Lock) – Wiedereröffnet
Waterways Ireland teilt den Kapitänen von Schiffen und den Nutzern der Wasserstraße mit, dass die Schleuse 1 (Corraquill Lock) auf der Shannon-Erne-Wasserstraße wieder für die Schifffahrt geöffnet ist.
Der Wasserstand ist nach den jüngsten starken Regenfällen auf einen sicheren Stand gesunken. Die Schleuse ist voll funktionsfähig, und die normale Durchfahrt kann wieder aufgenommen werden.
Waterways Ireland dankt den Nutzern für ihre Geduld und Kooperation während der vorübergehenden Schließung.
