Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and owners that the last bridge lift on Wed 2 July 2014 will be at 1945hrs in order to facilitate a local sporting event.

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and owners that navigation restrictions will be in place in Athlone between the Athlone By-pass bridge (M6) and the Athlone Lock, to facilitate the swimming element of this national event.
