Inspection & survey of Bord na Mona Railway Bridge

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all Masters of vessels and water users that the following inspection & survey works will be carried out on the Bord na Mona Railway Bridge south of Shannon Bridge.

    • Inspection of bridge with underbridge truck unit from 15th & 16th May.
    • Survey of river channel by boat and by diving on 16th May.

A safety boat will be in the water at all times.
Masters of vessels and water users are requested to proceed with additional caution in the vicinity of this work.
Waterways Ireland thanks all vessel owners and operators for their co-operation in relation to this matter.

Inspektion und Besichtigung der Bord na Mona Eisenbahnbrücke
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Kapitäne von Schiffen und Wassernutzer darüber informieren, dass die folgenden Inspektions- und Vermessungsarbeiten an der Eisenbahnbrücke Bord na Mona südlich der Shannon Bridge durchgeführt werden.

    • Inspektion der Brücke mit Unterbrücken-LKW-Einheit vom 15. bis 16. Mai.
    • Vermessung des Flusskanals mit dem Boot und mit dem Tauchen am 16. Mai.

Ein Sicherheitsboot wird immer im Wasser sein.
Schiffsführer und Wassernutzer werden gebeten, in der Nähe dieser Arbeiten mit zusätzlicher Vorsicht vorzugehen.
Waterways Ireland dankt allen Schiffseignern und Betreibern für ihre Zusammenarbeit in dieser Angelegenheit.

Works to Drumhauver bridge

Closed to navigation from 13 to 27 May 2019

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all Masters of vessels and water users that Leitrim County Council will be carrying out essential maintenance works on Drumhauver bridge from Monday 13th May to Monday 27th May 2019.
Drumhauver bridge is located between Drumleague Lock and Acres Lake on the Lough Allen Canal. Boat passage through this section of the navigation will not be possible during the works.
Waterways Ireland thanks all vessel owners and operators for their co-operation in relation to this matter.

Arbeiten an der Drumhauver Brücke
Geschlossen für die Navigation vom 13. bis 27. Mai 2019
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Kapitäne von Schiffen und Wassernutzer darüber informieren, dass der Leitrim County Council vom Montag, den 13. Mai bis Montag, den 27. Mai 2019, wesentliche Wartungsarbeiten an der Drumhauver-Brücke durchführen wird.
Die Drumhauver Brücke befindet sich zwischen Drumleague Lock und Acres Lake am Lough Allen Kanal. Die Bootsfahrt durch diesen Abschnitt der Navigation ist während der Arbeiten nicht möglich.

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all Masters of vessels and water users that due to essential maintenance works been carried out by Irish Rail, passage will not be possible between Pakenham Bridge and Collins Bridge (Lucan) on the Royal Canal on Saturday 11th May and Sunday 12th May 2019.

Waterways Ireland wishes to thank its customers for their co-operation.

Eingeschränkte Navigation
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Kapitäne von Schiffen und Wassersportlern darauf hinweisen, dass aufgrund der wesentlichen Wartungsarbeiten, die von Irish Rail durchgeführt wurden, die Durchfahrt zwischen der Pakenham Bridge und der Collins Bridge (Lucan) am Royal Canal am Samstag, den 11. Mai und Sonntag, den 12. Mai 2019 nicht möglich sein wird.
