End of Winter Mooring Period
Waterways Ireland wishes to advise Masters of vessels that the winter mooring period will end on 31 Marsh 2024.
Shannon Navigation Bye-law No. 17(3) will apply from 31 March 2024 i.e. vessels should not berth in the same harbour for longer than the statutory period of 5 consecutive days nor more than a total of 7 days in any one month.
Services will be reconnected to Waterways Ireland harbours and jetties from Friday 15th March 2024.

Öffentliche Häfen, Ende der Winterliegezeit
Waterways Ireland möchte die Kapitäne von Schiffen darauf hinweisen, dass die Winterliegezeit am 31. März 2024 endet.
Ab dem 31. März 2024 gilt die Shannon Navigation Bye-law Nr. 17(3), d.h. Schiffe dürfen nicht länger als die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Zeit von 5 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen oder mehr als insgesamt 7 Tage in einem Monat im selben Hafen anlegen.
Ab Freitag, dem 15. März 2024, werden die Häfen und Anlegestellen von Waterways Ireland wieder angefahren.
