Lecarrow Canal

Canal Bank Maintenance

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters of all craft that there will be restricted access to Lecarrow Canal due to Canal Bank maintenance from Wednesday 24th July to Wednesday 7th August 2019. Works will take place from Monday – Friday between 8.30am to 4pm each day.
Masters of vessels are requested to proceed with caution during these works.
Waterways Ireland regrets any inconvenience caused to water users.
Waterways Ireland thanks it customers for their cooperation in this matter.

Lecarrow Kanal  Instandhaltung der Kanalbank
Waterways Ireland möchte die Kapitäne aller Schiffe darauf hinweisen, dass der Zugang zum Lecarrow Canal aufgrund der Instandhaltung der Canal Bank vom Mittwoch, den 24. Juli bis Mittwoch, den 7. August 2019, eingeschränkt sein wird. Die Arbeiten finden von Montag bis Freitag täglich zwischen 8.30 und 16.00 Uhr statt.
Die Kapitäne der Schiffe werden gebeten, bei diesen Arbeiten mit Vorsicht vorzugehen.
Waterways Ireland bedauert alle Unannehmlichkeiten, die den Wassernutzern entstehen.

GRAND CANAL

NAVIGATION RESTRICTION

GRAND CANAL DOCK

SEA LOCK RESTRICTIONS

Waterways Ireland wishes to notify owners and Masters of vessels that the Grand Canal Sea Lock will be restricted to navigation for the foreseeable future due to unforeseen circumstances.

Water levels may also be reduced along the Circular Line and Grand Canal Dock as a result of a major breach between Lock 1 and Lock 2 (Suir Road Area). Masters are advised to tend their mooring lines accordingly to accommodate any fluctuations in water levels.

Waterways Ireland regrets any inconvenience the above will cause to its customers.

Einschränkungen bei der Seeschleuse
Waterways Ireland möchte die Schiffseigner und Kapitäne der Schiffe darüber informieren, dass die Grand Canal Sea Schleuse in absehbarer Zeit aufgrund unvorhergesehener Umstände auf die Navigation beschränkt sein wird.
Der Wasserstand kann auch entlang der Circular Line und des Grand Canal Docks infolge eines größeren Bruchs zwischen Schleuse 1 und Schleuse 2 (Suir Road Area) reduziert werden. Den Kapitänen wird empfohlen, ihre Festmacherleinen entsprechend zu pflegen, um Schwankungen des Wasserspiegels Rechnung zu tragen.
Waterways Ireland bedauert alle Unannehmlichkeiten, die seinen Kunden dadurch entstehen.

Locks 1 & 2 Lock (Suir Road)

Emergency Works

Waterways Ireland wishes to advice all users of the Grand Canal that there has been a breach in the canal between Locks No.1 &. 2 on Suir Rd.
Water levels are currently very low.
Navigation is not possible at this time due to emergency works.

Schleusen 1 & 2 (Suir Road) Notfallarbeiten
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Benutzer des Grand Canal darauf hinweisen, dass es einen Durchbruch im Kanal zwischen den Schleusen Nr. 1 & 2 gekommen ist auf der Suir Rd.
Der Wasserstand ist derzeit sehr niedrig.
Eine Navigation ist derzeit aufgrund der Notfallarbeiten nicht möglich.
Waterways Ireland dankt seinen Kunden für die Zusammenarbeit in dieser Angelegenheit.
