Canoe Polo Event – June 18th 2023
Waterways Ireland wishes to advise all masters of vessels and waterways users of the Royal Canal that a canoe polo event will be taking place in Kilcock Harbour on Sunday 18 June 2023.

In order to facilitate the event, navigation in this area will be very restricted from 1500hrs on Saturday 17 June to 1900hrs on Sunday 18 June 2023. Vessels should move away from any of the moorings in the harbour area for the duration of the event, and will only be able to navigate past the event if allowed to proceed by the event organisers between event activities through a prior arrangement.
Masters of vessels are therefore requested to proceed with additional caution in the vicinity of the event and to obey any instructions given by event stewards.

Royal Canal, Kilcock, Kanu-Polo-Veranstaltung – 18. Juni 2023
Waterways Ireland möchte alle Kapitäne von Schiffen und Wasserstraßenbenutzer des Royal Canal darauf hinweisen, dass am Sonntag, den 18. Juni 2023, im Kilcock Harbour ein Kanupolo-Event stattfindet.
Um die Veranstaltung zu ermöglichen, wird die Schifffahrt in diesem Gebiet von Samstag, den 17. Juni um 1500 Uhr bis Sonntag, den 18. Juni 2023 um 1900 Uhr stark eingeschränkt sein. Die Schiffe sollten sich für die Dauer der Veranstaltung von allen Liegeplätzen im Hafengebiet entfernen und können nur dann an der Veranstaltung vorbeifahren, wenn die Organisatoren die Weiterfahrt zwischen den Veranstaltungsaktivitäten nach vorheriger Absprache erlauben.
Die Schiffskapitäne werden daher gebeten, in der Nähe der Veranstaltung zusätzliche Vorsicht walten zu lassen und den Anweisungen der Veranstaltungsleiter Folge zu leisten.
